Avocado Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
(makes approximately 1 kg of dip):
• 2 large ripe avocados
• 4 teaspoons (20ml) lemon juice
• 540g FreshYo yogurt
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, peel and remove the stone. Transfer the avocado flesh to a bowl and mash. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately to avoid discolouration.
