Banana and Honey
Ingredients required for 10 servings
(150 grams each).
• 1 kg of FreshYo Natural or Reduced Fat Yogurt.
• 3 bananas
• 50g Muslie
• 200g Liquid Honey
Per Serving Recipe
• 100 g unsweetened yogurt
• 1 tablespoon (20g) of honey
• ¼ banana
• 1 teaspoon ( 5g) of muslie
Slice the banana and put into the serving cup, drizzle the honey over and then pour in the yogurt. Finish with some muesli. If serving in a bowl do the other way round, put the yogurt in first and put the banana, honey and muesli on top.
VARIATION
Try using our toffee topping instead of honey and replacing the muesli with granola, ginger cake or flapjack.
