Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
(makes approximately 1 kg of dip):
• 215g crumbled blue cheese
• 770g drained (4-5hours) FreshYo yogurt
(or use 'Greek' FreshYo yogurt)
• 15ml (3 teaspoons) lemon juice
• Pinch of salt
Mix together the drained yogurt and blue cheese until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice and salt.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish as desired.
