Coleslaw
Ingredients required for 10 servings
(150g each).
• 500g White cabbage
• 250 g Carrot
• 250g Spanish onion
• 250g Mayonnaise
• 250g FreshYo yogurt
• Lemon juice to taste (optional)
Per Serving
(150g)
• 50g White cabbage
• 25g Carrot
• 25g Spanish onion
• 25g Mayonnaise
• 25g FreshYo yogurt
• Lemon juice to taste (optional)
Finely shred the cabbage, slice the onion and grate the carrot. Mix together.
In separate bowl mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice then incorporate into the salad.
VARIATIONS
Try using red cabbage or red onion for a different colour and taste
