Eton Mess
Ingredients required for 10 x 150g serving
• 700g Freshyo yogurt
• 350g double cream
• 400g strawberries/raspberries
• 50g Meringues (ready made)
Whip the cream until it holds soft peaks and then mix in the yoghurt.
Mash or chop the fruit and mix into the yogurt/cream mix.
Finally break up the meringues and mix through. Transfer to serving pots or dishes.
