Fruity Yogurt Coleslaw


Ingredients required for 10 servings
(140g each)
• 500g White cabbage
• 150g Sultanas
• 2 ½ Apples
• 250g Yogurt
• 100g Peanuts (optional)

Per Serving
(140g)
• 50g White cabbage
• 15g Sultanas
• ¼ - ½ Apple
• 25g Yogurt
• 10g Peanuts (optional)

Finely shred the cabbage, slice or grate apples. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

The nuts can be omitted if desired.

VARIATIONS
Try using other dried fruit and nuts such as cranberries, apricots, raisins or walnuts.
