Fill the Appliance up to the inner fill-rim with cool water.
Put tepid water in the yogurt pot and whisk in a bag of EasiYo Yogurt Base.
Place the lid on the pot and lower into the Appliance.
Plug into power and turn on.
Leave for 8 hrs or overnight until set. (If you forget and leave up to 24 hours, the product will not spoil).
Remove the Yogurt Pot to refrigerate to cool (4°C).
Serve when chilled. Flavour to taste with EasiYo Fruit Toppings.
