MANGO LASSI                                         <top>

Ingredients required for 10 servings
(250 ml each).
• 800g FreshYo yogurt
• 1250g Mango Pulp
• 400 ml Lite Milk (98.5% fat free)
• Crushed ice

Per Serving Recipe
• 1/3 cup (80g) FreshYo yogurt
• ½ cup (125g) Mango Pulp
• 1/6 cup (40ml) Lite Milk (98.5% fat free)
• Crushed ice

Whisk the yogurt until smooth, and then blend it with milk and mango puree. To serve, pour over the crushed ice. Alternatively put all ingredients in a blender, add ice and blend till smooth.
A variety of Fruit Lassis
VARIATION
You can decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle ground nuts or cardamom seed over the top.

To make lassi sweeter add 1 teaspoon of sugar.

KIWI LASSI                                         <top>

Ingredients required for 10 servings
(250 ml each).
• 10 ripe kiwifruits
• 1250g FreshYo yogurt
• 500ml low fat fresh milk
• 8-10 teaspoons honey or sugar
• Crushed ice

Per Serving
(250ml)
• 1 ripe kiwifruit (75g)
• 125g FreshYo yogurt
• 50ml low fat fresh milk
• ¾-1 teaspoons honey or sugar
• Crushed ice

Halve each kiwifruit, remove the seeds and put them aside. Scoop out the kiwifruit flesh, place in a blender and add yogurt, milk, honey (sugar) and ice and blend together until smooth. Add kiwifruit seeds to the mixture and blend for few seconds.

Serve immediately.

VARIATION
You can decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle ground nuts or cardamom seed over the top.

STRAWBERRY LASSI                             <top>

Ingredients required for 10 servings
(250 ml each).
• 400 ripe strawberries, rinsed
• 100g sugar or honey
• 400ml low fat fresh milk
• 1600g FreshYo yogurt
• Crushed ice

Per Serving
(250ml)
• 6-7 ripe strawberries, rinsed
• 3 teaspoons sugar or honey
• 40ml low fat fresh milk
• 160g FreshYo yogurt
• Crushed ice

Place strawberries and sugar in a blender and blend together for at least 30 seconds. Pour in milk and yogurt and blend until smooth.


To serve, pour over the crushed ice
