Plain Lassi
Ingredients required for 10 servings
(250 ml each).
• 1200g FreshYo yogurt
• 1250 ml chilled water
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• Crushed ice or ice-cubes
Per Serving Recipe
• ½ cup (120g) FreshYo yogurt
• ½ cup (125ml) chilled water
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• Crushed ice or ice cubes
Whisk the yogurt until smooth, and then blend it with water. Season to taste. Pour the mixture over the ice cube. More yogurts and less water may be used as desired
VARIATION
To make sweet lassi, omit the seasoning and add 1 teaspoon sugar and a little chopped fresh mint.
