Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients required for 10 servings
(200 ml each).
• Flesh of 2 mangoes
• 1 small pineapple (peeled and cored)
• 2 large bananas (peeled)
• 500 ml milk
• 500 g FreshYo yogurt
Per Serving Recipe
• 40g mango flesh or 40 ml Kesar Mango Pulp
• 40g pineapple pieces
• ¼ (25g) banana
• 50 ml milk
• 50 g FreshYo yogurt
Blend together the fruits then add the milk and the yogurt and blend until smooth
VARIATION
For your convenience, try using Kesar Mango Pulp instead of fresh mango and canned pineapple pieces instead of fresh pineapple.
Try using any combination of fresh fruit e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, pear. For a change add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
