Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients required for 10 servings
(250-270g each).
• 500g dry pasta
• 2*185g Tuna canned in brine (drained)
• 2 Capsicum (sweet pepper)
• 1 Medium cucumber (450g)
• 2 Tomatoes
• 300g Mayonnaise
• 300g FreshYo Yogurt

Per Serving
(250g):
• 50g dry pasta
• 40g Tuna canned in brine (drained)
• 30g Capsicum (sweet pepper)
• 45g Cucumber
• 40g Tomatoes
• 30g Mayonnaise
• 30g FreshYo Yogurt


Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain well and let to cool down.

Mix the drained tuna with yogurt and mayonnaise, mix well and add to the cold pasta. Chop the cucumber, capsicums and tomatoes into small pieces and add this to the pasta, not mixing too much as this will break down the tomatoes.
