Very Berry
Ingredients required for 10 servings
(145 grams each)
• 1kg unsweetened yogurt
• 400g frozen berries (summer fruit)
• 10 tspn (50 grams) sugar
Per Serving Recipe
• 100 g unsweetened yogurt
• 40g frozen berries (summer fruit)
• 1 tspn (5g) sugar
Defrost the berries and add sugar. Put in the serving cups, reserving some for decoration. Pour in the yogurt and decorate with the reserved fruit. If serving in a bowl put the yogurt in first an put the fruit on top.
VARIATION
Colour half the yogurt with the juice for an interesting effect!
