Yogurt French Dressing

Ingredients
(makes approximately 1kg).
• 725g FreshYo yogurt
• 3 teaspoons French Mustard
• 4 tablespoons (180ml) light olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• 6 tablespoons (90ml) lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir, whisk or blend with an electric stick blender until thoroughly blended. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

VARIATIONS
Try using Balsamic or White wine vinegar instead of lemon juice for a change.

For Garlic and Yogurt French Dressing, add 3-6 peeled and crushed garlic cloves.

For Fresh Herbs Yogurt French Dressing, add 6-12 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs.

For Honey and Mustard Yogurt French Dressing, replace French mustard with Honey and Wholegrain mustard.
