Yogurt Satay Sauce

Ingredients
(makes approximately 1 kg).
• 610g FreshYo yogurt
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 320g crunchy peanut butter
• 75ml chilli sauce or to taste
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger


Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Serve with meat, chicken or vegetables
